(a) Histopathological diagnose was acinar type adenocarcinoma, gleason grade was , perineural invasion (+) (hematoxylin-eosin, magnification X200). (b) The tumor cells stained strongly positive for prostate-specific antigen and stains for neuron-specific enolase, synaptophysin, chromogranin, S-100, pancytokeratin, leukocyte common antigen, and carcinoembryonic antigen were negative (immunohistochemical staining X100).
