Mediolateral intraoperative fluoroscopic image of the elbow of dog 3. The previously placed caudal ulnar plate and associated screws have been removed. A new Kirschner wire has been placed to function as a guide wire to assist placement of an additional screw. Note the cannulated drill bit inserted over the guide wire, ensuring that the drill-tract and subsequently the screw are appropriately positioned.
