There is mild periosteal bone proliferation on the lateral aspect of the distal humerus metaphysis and condyle (marked by white arrow), which is best noted in the craniocaudal view. A marked irregularity of the bone surface just proximal of the origin of the lateral collateral ligament (marked by white arrow) of the right elbow joint is noted.
