IBAP: intrabullous adhesion pexy; ABG: arterial blood gas; 6 MWD: 6 min walking distance; FEV1: forced expiratory volume in 1 s; RV: residual volume; TLC: total lung capacity volume; PaO₂: arterial partial pressure of oxygen; PaCO₂: arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide. 1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa.
