CURB65 and PSI index were excluded from multivariate analysis. All other variables were included as shown in crude analysis. Adjusted OR includes gender, age, influenza vaccine, pneumococcal vaccine, leukocytes, AST, arthromyalgias, and chest X-ray presentation.
