Primary composite endpoints combined the adverse heart events, including new onset of heart failure, myocardial infarction, and cardiovascular mortality. Secondary composite endpoints combined the left ventricular dysfunction (LVEF < 50%) and the symptoms and signs of coronary artery disease (); values were the result of the logrank test. The reference group for logrank test is the first quartile of C1 (<0.89).
