Serum Omentin-1 as a Disease Activity Marker for Crohn’s Disease

Serum omentin-1 levels are correlated with disease activity in Crohn’s disease (CD) patients. A negative correlation was observed between serum omentin-1 level and CDAI (𝑟=−0.65, 𝑃<0.0001) (a). There was a positive correlation observed between CRP and CDAI (𝑟=0.51, 𝑃<0.0001) (b).
