The Angiogenic Activity of Ascites in the Course of Ovarian Cancer as a Marker of Disease Progression

<table>The angiogenetic index was assessed in murine skin after injection with full cellular suspension (Full) and in the subgroup with low (&lt;45%) and high (&gt;45%) percentage of cancer cells (Low), (High), respectively, after injection with separated cancer cells (Cancer Cells) and CD45 positive leukocytes (CD45+). The bars represent mean number of newly formed vessels ±SD. Differences between all groups were tested with ANOVA and were deemed statistically significant.</table>
