Melting curve for the markers: (a) HMBS, (b) PRKCZ, and (c) SKI. All the markers showed the presence of a single dissociation peak and absence of primer dimers. The melting temperature of each amplicon was: HMBS: 𝑇_𝑚=82.6°C; PRKCZ: 𝑇_𝑚=85.2°C; SKI: 𝑇_𝑚=85.6°C. NTC: No template control. These results were obtained using the Rotor-Gene Q Series Software, version 1.7 (build 94) (Qiagen Inc., Valencia, CA, USA).
