Diffusion-weighted MRI. The DWI (a) and ADC (b) images of the same patient were acquired in the axial direction using a value of 800 s/mm². This high-grade clear-cell RCC appears hyperintense on DWI, showing restricted diffusion (a). This was confirmed by hypointensity on the ADC map (b).
