<div>Immunostaining of a single lung cancer CTC isolated from patient peripheral blood. The CTCs were observed through combining CD45, DAPI, and fluorescence in situ hybridization with the centromere of chromosome 8 (CEP8). CD45-DAPI+CEP8&gt;2 was considered as CTC.</div>
