miR-195 Regulates Proliferation and Apoptosis through Inhibiting the mTOR/p70s6k Signaling Pathway by Targeting HMGA2 in Esophageal Carcinoma Cells

Rapamycin inhibits the cell proliferation and induced apoptosis via suppression of the mTOR/p70S6K signaling pathway in EC9706 cells. EC9706 cells were treated with 100 nmol/l rapamycin for 24 h.
