Liver histopathology at 24 h and 48 h postdosing for control rats and liver-injured rats, which were induced by hydrazine. No abnormalities were detected in the controls (0 mg/kg) at the 24 h and 48 h time points (a and b). Fatty degeneration and single-cell necrosis appeared obviously in the midzonal areas of the hydrazine-treated groups (150 mg/kg) at 24 h (c and d) and 48 h (e and f) postdosing.
