Microtubule-Associated Protein 4 Is a Prognostic Factor and Promotes Tumor Progression in Lung Adenocarcinoma
Effect of MAP4 knockdown on cell migration in vitro. Wound-healing assay was performed with both A549 (a) and H1299 (b) cells transfected with MAP4 siRNA or a negative control to examine the cell migration. The ability of cell migration was repressed after MAP4 knockdown in both A549 and H1299 cells. The open wound area was normalized to the area at the initial time (0 h).
