The baseline model includes age, sex, bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), first monitored rhythm, time from cardiac arrest to ROSC, initial serum lactate levels, shock on admission, NSE levels at 48 h, and targeted temperature regimen. Log10-transformed miR-574-5 values were used in these analyses. AIC: Akaike information criteria. A lower AIC indicates a better predictive value. IDI: integrated discrimination improvement. A higher IDI indicates a better predictive value. The statistical significance was assessed using the likelihood ratio test. A value < 0.05 was considered significant and is highlighted in bold.
