The role of IL1A in cell proliferation ability in T24 and 5637 cell lines. (a) Colony formation assay. Results showed that the stable knockdown of KIF5A by AAV in the T24 and 5637 cells significantly reduced the ability to proliferate in vitro compared to the control cells (). (b) MTT proliferation assay. OD values were observed to be decreased in the KIF5A silencing group as compared to the control (). (c) and (d) Western blotting showed that Ki67 and PCNA were significantly reduced in the KIF5A silencing group compared to the control (). All results are performed of at least three independent experiments.
