Western blotting analysis of P53-nf (nuclear fraction of P53 and P53-nf), P53-cf (cytoplasmic fraction of P53 and P53-cf), cleaved caspase-3, and caspase-3 expression in Hs578T and BT549 cells with PCDHGB7 knockdown. PCDHGB7 was knocked down in Hs578T cells (a, b) and BT549 cells (c, d).
