(a) The capture efficiency of cells using different cell lines in 1x PBS was used to show the performance of the device. (b) To assess cell capture efficiency under physiological conditions, a series of spike-in experiments in which a certain number of colorectal cancer were spiked into peripheral blood samples from healthy donors.
