Integrated Microfluidic Device for Enrichment and Identification of Circulating Tumor Cells from the Blood of Patients with Colorectal Cancer

<div>Immunostaining of captured cells in PBS or in human blood. A certain amount of caco-2 cell lines were first spiked into 2 mL (a) 1x PBS or (b) spiked into peripheral blood samples from healthy donors and then stained with either EpCAM-FITC or CD45-PE after being captured by microchambers. The cell nuclei were also stained by DAPI in all cases.</div>
