Corin Is Downregulated in Renal Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury and Is Associated with Delayed Graft Function after Kidney Transplantation

<div>Renal IR injury suppresses the expression of cardiac Corin. Cardiac <i>Corin</i> (a) and cardiac biomarkers <i>ANP</i> (b), <i>BNP</i> (c), <i>ACTA1</i> (d), and <i>MYH7</i> (e) were detected using a real-time qPCR assay. <i>GAPDH</i> was used as an internal control, and the data are normalized using a 2<sup>-ΔΔCt</sup> assay.
