High Plasma Levels of Soluble Talin-1 in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

Figure 1

Plasma sTalin-1 levels and the presence of CAD or the number of stenotic coronary vessels. Plasma sTalin-1 levels were significantly higher in CAD than in CAD(-) (left). Moreover, sTalin-1 levels in 4 groups of CAD(-), 1-VD, 2-VD, and 3-VD were 0.23, 0.29, 0.30, and 0.32 ng/mL, respectively, and were highest in 3-VD ( by Kruskal-Wallis test) (right). The central line represents the median, and the box represents the 25th to 75th percentiles. The whiskers represent the lowest and highest value in the 25th percentile minus 1.5 IQR and 75th percentile plus 1.5 IQR, respectively.
