(a) The mRNA level of peripheral blood ALKBH5 was significantly decreased in SLE patients with positive anti-double-stranded DNA (anti-dsDNA) compared to SLE patients with negative anti-dsDNA. (b) The mRNA level of peripheral blood ALKBH5 in SLE patients negatively correlated with the level of anti-dsDNA. (c) The level of peripheral blood ALKBH5 was significantly decreased in SLE patients with positive antinucleosome compared to SLE patients with negative antinucleosome.
