Responsive Expression of MafF to β-Amyloid-Induced Oxidative Stress

MafF expression was increased in response to Aβ-induced oxidative injury. The protein expressions of MafF, MafG, and MafK in the (a) hippocampus from APP/PS1 mice and in the (b) hippocampus from SD rats after Aβ injection and in (c) SH-SY5Y cells treated with Aβ (20 μM, 48 h) (). The relative expressions of proteins were normalized to GAPDH. All data were presented as ; and versus the C57 group, the sham group, or the control group.
