The Role, Function, and Mechanism of Long Intergenic Noncoding RNA1184 (linc01184) in Colorectal Cancer

<div>Loss of function to elucidate the effects of linc01184 on the growth of CRC cells in vitro. (a) linc01184 expression in HCT-116 and SW480 cells was significantly inhibited when transfected with siRNA; (b) CCK-8 assay showed that the cell viability in HCT-116 and SW480 cells was significantly decreased by siRNA;
