WZ811 inhibited the proliferation of the cell lines in a dose-dependent manner. DLBCL cells (OCI-Ly3 and SU-DHL4) were treated with indicated concentrations of WZ811 (0, 10, 20, 40, 80 μM) for 24 h, and cell viability was measured by cell counting kit-8 assay.
