Overexpression of Stathmin 1 Predicts Poor Prognosis and Promotes Cancer Cell Proliferation and Migration in Ovarian Cancer

<div>Overexpression of STMN1 enhanced the proliferation and migration of ovarian cancer cells. (a, b) STMN1 overexpression plasmid was transfected into SKOV3 and A2780 cells, and the protein level was measured by Western blot. (c–f) The effect of STMN1 upregulation on cell proliferation was evaluated by both the CCK-8 assay and the colony formation assay.
