SN-38 Sensitizes BRCA-Proficient Ovarian Cancers to PARP Inhibitors through Inhibiting Homologous Recombination Repair

<div>SN-38 and olaparib combination cause BRCA-proficient ovarian cancer cells apoptosis. A2780 cells were treated with 40 <i>μ</i>M olaparib, 10 <i>μ</i>M SN-38, or their combination as indicated, and cell apoptosis was analyzed at 48 hrs after treatment by annexin V staining (a, b) and western blot (c) analysis of cleaved caspase 3.
