α-Cyperone alleviated OGD-induced cardiomyocyte apoptosis. Cardiomyocytes were treated with different concentrations (15, 30, and 60 μM) of α-cyperone for 24 hours after OGD induction. (a) Detection of cardiomyocyte viability was made using the CCK-8 assay. (b) Percentage of apoptosis in cardiomyocytes was determined with flow cytometry.
