[Retracted] α-Cyperone Protects Cardiomyocytes against Oxygen-Glucose Deprivation-Induced Inflammation and Oxidative Stress by Akt/FOXO3a/NF-κB Pathway

Attenuating Akt activated the FOXO3a/NF-κB pathway. After treatment of OGD-induced cardiomyocytes with α-cyperone (60 μM) for 24 hours, the Akt inhibitor MK-2206 was added. (a) Expression of p-Akt, Akt, p-FOXOa3, FOXOa3, p-NF-κB, and NF-κB was gauged by WB. (b) Phosphorylation of Akt, FOXOa3, and NF-κB was determined by cellular immunofluorescence.
