Effects of psilostachyin (a) and peruvin (b) on T-lymphocyte viability. Cultures were done in 96-well plates with 2 × 106 lymphocytes/mL during 3, 24 or 48 h in the presence of different concentrations (0.1 to 50 μg/mL) of the compounds.
