PN extract inhibited LPS-induced inflammatory cytokines in macrophage cells. (a) MTT assay to evaluate cell viability at various concentrations of PN. (b) IL-6 levels increased in the culture media of LPS-stimulated macrophage cells and significantly decreased with 400 μg/mL of PN.
