Effect of BDF 5 on growth kinetics of HeLa cells. HeLa cells (5 × 105 cells) in a 60 mm culture plate were exposed to BDF 5 (200 g mL−1) for different time points. Cell number was measured with trypan blue. The result represents the average of three independent experiments in triplicate ± SD.
