Effects of emodin and chrysophanol on the protein levels of GGT, GSH, and CYP2E in ethanol-induced HepG2/CYP2E1. Cells were treated with the compounds at different concentrations (10, 50, and 100 μM) and compared with ethanol nontreated group. The expression levels of protein were determined using Western blot analysis.
