Antroquinonol inhibits cytokine secretion in LPS-treated RAW 264.7 cells. The Raw 264.7 cells were treated with different concentrations of antroquinonol in the presence of LPS for 24 hours. The conditioned medium was subject to the determination of (a) TNF-α and (b) IL-1β levels. Data point of experiment was performed in triplicate and normalized by the induction of LPS as percentage. *P < .05, **P < .01, ***P < .001 versus LPS control, significant difference tested using student's t-test.
