Fifty NZB/W F1 female mice were divided into 5 groups of 10 each. Different doses of ACE and prednisolone were administrated by gavages for 5 consecutive days per week for 12 weeks. Data are expressed as mean ± SD. Values in parentheses indicate percent increase in body weight compared to initial body weight.
