Effect of EEPS and its nanoparticle on A549. A549 cells were treated with drugs for 24 hours. Genomic DNA was extracted and DNA was separated on 1% agarose gels and stained with Ethidium bromide. The first lane contains a standard DNA ladder, lane two contains DNA from untreated cells, lane three contains DNA from EEPS (100 g), lane four contains DNA from EEPS (200 g), lane five from nanoparticles (100 g), and lane six from nanoparticles (200 g) of P. senega-treated cells.
