Immunohistochemical staining for the expression of endometrial leukaemia inhibitory factor (LIF) and osteopontin (OPN) during implantation period in rat. Note that immunostaining of the LIF ((a)–(d)) and OPN ((e)–(h)) was mainly detected on glandular and luminal epithelial cells. Staining intensity of both LIF and OPN in AC group was significantly weaker than that of NC group but stronger compared with CC group.
