The effect of FT-EtOH extract and HU (25 g mL−1) on HbF production of K562 cells. Dose-dependent HbF-inducing effects of FT-EtOH extract on K562 cells after 6 days of treatment, expressed in (a) percentage of HbF per total proteins and (b) percentage of HbF per THb. The HbF concentration of each group was quantified by commercial ELISA kit. The results are expressed as mean SD of three cultures.
