Cytotoxicity Effects of Amoora rohituka and chittagonga on Breast and Pancreatic Cancer Cells

Plot of percent survival fraction of MCF-7 cells in response to Amoora compounds using PC biosensor assay as a verification method for the MTT assays. Cultured MCF-7 cells were induced with cytotoxic chittagonga (Pet-Ether and CH₂Cl₂) and rohituka (Pet-Ether) identified from the MTT assay. The IC₅₀ values of the three extracts, chittagonga Pet-Ether, CH₂Cl₂, and rohituka Pet-Ether, are ~40 μg/mL, 51 μg/mL, and 38 μg/mL, respectively.
