ERK1/2 inactivation by U0126 inhibits tube formation of HUVECs. (a) After 12 h treatment with U0126 (5 μM) or EEBP (25 μg ml-1), cellular proteins were collected from tube-forming HUVECs. Changes in phosphorylation state of ERK1/2 at Thr202/Tyr204 were analyzed by western blotting. Each experiment was repeated at least three times and representative data are shown.
