San-Huang-Xie-Xin-Tang Prevents Rat Hearts from Ischemia/Reperfusion-Induced Apoptosis through eNOS and MAPK Pathways

<table>Proposed mechanisms of the cardioprotective effects of SHXT on ischemia/reperfusion-induced myocardial apoptosis according to results in the present study. SHXT can significantly inhibit myocardial apoptosis induced by ischemia/reperfusion, at least in part, by activating eNOS expression and blunting MAPK-mediated cascades.</table>
