Effect of 8-PK on influenza A virus replication. A549 cells were infected with influenza A/H1N1 virus (MOI 0.1) in the absence or presence of 8-PK. Viral yield was measured at 24, 36 and 48 h p.i. by plaque assay in MDCK cells respectively, and were represented as log10 PFU/mL. Data reported are mean SE of three independent experiments, each performed in triplicate.
