Cell viability analysis of CL, PO and VV protein extract-treated THP-1 and SW480 cells. (a) THP-1 and (b) SW480 cells were treated with CL, PO and VV protein extracts (500 g mL−1) for 24 h. SW480 cells were treated with 0, 10, 25, 50 and 100 g mL−1 of (c) PO and (d) VV protein extracts for 24 h. After treatment, cell viabilities were evaluated using the MTT assay.
