Inhibitory effect of the decoction on total leukocyte and neutrophil migration induced by carrageenan. Peritonitis was induced by single intraperitoneal injection of carrageenan and cells were counted 2 h later. Decoction (1 g/kg b.w.) was given orally 1 h before inflammatory stimuli.
