Concentration-dependent relaxation of Guinea pig atria induced by C. capitatum. Administration of the extract in a dose of 1, 2, and 4 mg/mL (gut bath) depressed the contractility (a) and the rate (b) of the atria. Administration of glibenclamide (500 μg/25-mL), CaCl2 (450 mM/25-mL), and atropine (5 μg/25-mL) did not reverse the depression.
