Effect of MAA on the PCNA expression in Ca Ski cells. Cells were incubated in the absence or presence of 20–100 μM of MAA for 24 h. Cells were also incubated with 60 μM of MAA for 0, 3, 6, 12, and 24 h. After indicated time, cells were collected; total RNA was extracted and Q-PCR was performed as described in methods. Results were expressed as relative expression of PCNA compared to the untreated control, normalized with GAPDH. Values were mean ± S.E. from three independent experiments.
