Effect of cAMP and isocupressic acid on progesterone secretion and viability of MA-10 cells. MA-10 cells were treated with increasing concentrations of cAMP for 0.5 h (a), 1 h (b), or 4 h (c), and increasing concentrations of IA for 4 h (d). The culture medium was collected, and progesterone concentration was determined by EIA. Then, MA-10 cells were treated with different doses of IA alone (e) or with 100 μM cAMP (f) for 4 h.
