Effect of GSC BuOH extract on morphological changes in HT-29 colon cancer cells. HT-29 cells were treated with the following concentrations of GSC BuOH for 48 h. (a) 0 μg/mL, (b) 25 μg/mL, (c) 50 μg/mL, (d) 75 μg/mL, (e) 100 μg/mL, and (f) 250 μg/mL of GSC BuOH extract. The cell morphology was photographed by EVOS inverted microscope at 100x (Advanced Microscopy Group, Mill Creek, USA). The arrow indicates cells with irregular size and shape.
