The Chinese Herbal Decoction Danggui Buxue Tang Inhibits Angiogenesis in a Rat Model of Liver Fibrosis
Effect of DBT and NAC on HIF-1α protein expression in CCl4-induced fibrotic liver tissue in rats. (a) Immunohistochemistry (DAB × 200). In normal livers, HIF-1α immunolabeling was rarely detected. In fibrotic livers, HIF-1α immunolabeling was highly expressed, especially in zone III of the acinus. DBT and NAC decreased HIF-1α expression in the fibrotic livers.
