Cell death analysis of PC12 cells. PC12 cells were cultured in the presence of NGF (50 ng/mL) at least for 7 days, and cells were further treated with A in the presence or the absence of SJDBT extract (0.3 mg/mL or 0.5 mg/mL) for 24 hrs. (a) MTT assay. A549 cells were incubated with A (10 μM) alone or in the presence of 0.3–1.0 mg/mL of SJDBT extract. Cells were harvested 24 hrs later for MTT assay.
